The King County Crisis Line is available 24 hours, 7 days a week. They provide immediate crisis care to help those experiencing emotional crises. While not a trans specific, they are the only 24 hour crisis line in King County and are a primary source for emergency mental health services.
The support line is for LGBTQ people experiencing relationship problems. Line is staffed by queer and trans folks, many of whom are survivors of violence.
